The Cove at West Hills - CONCERNS!

I am opposed to the Cove development due to increased traffic and conflicting with the traditional look and large lots of the West Hills neighborhood.

Please vote NO

I live in Westowne Estates down from Bearden Middle School. In my opinion putting that many homes in the proposed area would change the beauty of the West Hills area and add so much more traffic to flow through Broome Rd.

There is already to much traffic through our West Hill subdivision. I have counted hundreds of car taking shot cuts from Middlebrook to Kingston Pike

I agree with several other comments about having to many houses crammed into a small area that already sees problems with traffic safety and quality of life issues. Why do we have to live on top of each other so developers can make bank? I oppose this development strongly!

Come on neighbors! We need unity on this.

The proposed number of new homes is too many! Our homes are on mostly half acre lots . 1/3 acre lots could be acceptable.

I live on Broome Rd. Traffic is already crazy. Just this past Sunday I was in my front yard as church was letting out on Middlebrook and Broome Rd was like race car drag strip...car after car after car came flying by for over 20 minutes while I was outside and I'm sure it continued. NO MORE CARS! NO MORE HOUSES!

The proposed new Tenn-Nova hospital on Middlebrook Pike took care of itself. West Hills people have to ''step up'' and fight this newest infringement into our great neighborhood.

I think this development is out of character with the large lots and beautiful lots in West Hills. There is a huge concern about traffic safety, if this is allowed to be built. Please ask the developer to change his ideas about the number of building lots and the concern for water runoff from this property. Thank you!

I looked at the empty lot on Broome Road between the 3 new houses but it was a bit out of my price range. I would be VERY interested in this development but the houses would be way too close together and couldn’t possibly have much yard. This neighborhood is awesome and these houses would sell quickly and at top dollar if they would cut down on the number and provide for a decent yard!

We live in Cavet's Station, and the proposed project will increase traffic on dangerous and narrow Broome Rd.

Broome Rd is already so dangerous. This development would make it even more treacherous. Please see that it’s scaled back to a more reasonable size, for the sake of the neighborhood, the storm water issues and most important, future lives saved or lost on that road.

This development is too dense for this community. Lots should be larger to maintain the beauty & feel of the neighborhood.

Storm Water Management and Retention Pond/Dam Failure concern me greatly about this project. There are currently water runoff problems with this site and the proposed development only worsens them.

Have lived I area for over 35 years, & do not agree with such a large development on that corner. Traffic already a problem and this is ridiculous to put so much danger in an area that can't handle it.
