No more building in West Hills until Brooke Road is widened. I have lived in West Hills for 40 years and the cut thru traffic increases every week. Brooke Road is an accident waiting to happen

After having lived on Broome Rd. For over 40 yrs. there have been MANY traffic/accident problems on Broome Rd. If there is an exit from this subdivision onto Broome Rd., I foresee many unsolvable problems in this area. PLEASE! NO!!!!!

The proposed development will compound an extremely dangerous traffic situation that already exists on Broome Road.

This planned subdivision has multiple concerns that would affect the West Hills neighbors including storm water control, traffic issues and non-comformity of density with the surrounding neighborhood. Please consider voting against this particular proposed development.
Broome Road is a hazard as it is for starters
