Pg needs to do better. There are too much of the same developments. Penn& Woodyard rd area needs a trader Joe's or whole foods. Quality upscale grocery store.

Sorry to say, stopping developer's starts with any open piece of land. 6 Flags- that's almost a done deal. My father, 20 years ago, fought city/county council over development on Hilton Head Island. Been there recently?

As a resident and "vested" Prince George's County Property Taxpayer, having a documented voice with regard to, not only actions related to infrastructure development, but all critical long-term actions put forth by the County Council, but also the County Executive. Recent actions by both entities are a clear indication that the voice of the community has not been a serious consideration. However, it is time our documented input, including our vote, (which is also our voice), is respected and sought.

I think that we must pass CB-42-2025 in order to insure the integrity of the County and comply with the intent of all of its residents who have worked long and hard to maintain good Master Plans and to improve Zoning that is consistent with government of the people, by the people and for the people. You all must be up front and inclusive with the people you serve. We deserve better transparency and integrity.
