These roads are not built for this heavy vehicles. The junction of Caerau Lane and Cwrt Yr Ala Road is already congested. The narrow road is overflowing with traffic and parked cars. There are a lot of families with young children that play in the streets. There are 3 schools in close proximity which close at various hours throughout the day, leading to many children crossing these roads. The dust and dirt will result in health and environmental problems for the residents. It's simply an unsafe disruption that should not be approved.

Highly populated area with schools on it's doorstep. This cannot be safe or healthy for the community!

The roads are too congested to take these hgv's especially at school times. Cannot actually believe that an application has been made its bad enough now.

Proposed access to this site is via Cwrt Yr Ala Road which is simply not suitable for 8 HGV'S per hour

I object to the landfill site going ahead as false information was recorded.

Underhanded tactics! Misleading and essentially tying to sneak this through!
What about -
Noise pollution
Environmental pollution
Safety of existing residents
Inevitably damage to road, cars, property & people
Quality of life?

No way. This is a residential area with congested roads further down the road - junction Cwrt-yrAla/Caerau Lane.
It's a Vale project. Let then use Vale roads.

The underhand way they are trying to get this through is criminal.

Discusting suggestion doesn't need to ruin a nice area

Absolutely ridiculous proposal. I am a resident if Heritage Drive and am disgusted by these plans. The roads are congested enough as it is and are not wide enough to take 8 HGV's per day. The congestion was bad enough when they built the new housing at the bottom of Cwrt Yr Ala Road not to mention the mess which was created when the solar panel lorries were travelling back and forth. I will do everything in my power to stop this from happening. Totally horrific.

I don't object to a landfill site per se - waste has to go somewhere - I do however object very strongly to the planned useage of Cwrt-yr-ala road to transport the waste, this is a narrow residential and busy road used by children for play also. It is highly innappropriate to use it for a large volume (up to 56 per day!) of HGVs (tipper trucks)

This cannot happen on such a built up residential area, I have a little boy who would play out on these streets along with many other children
