Tethering is inhumane. It in prisons the dog mentally as well as physically. People should take that into need to generation and how they would like to be tethered.

Look into your hearts, people. These are God the creators creatures. The are intelligent, loving, loyal and they feel this pain, ignorance, and loneliness without your compassion. People who treat dogs and other animals so cruelly are at the gateway of human abuse also.

We have no fence and our dogs can't be left loose outside. It would NEVER occur to me to tie them out for 17 hours. Unreal!

Push for the mandatory shade proper food and water supply and enclosure for them to be outside for that long. I’m not against dogs being outside in good weather but not chains get the proper size of dog fencing near the home structure. Because you’ll have stupid people that leave the dogs out all night and forget about them if it’s far away from home structure.

You must reconsider allowing a for 17 hr tethering. You should not have a pet if you can not properly care for them in a humane manner.
