Not only does the current proposal kill the downtown logistics of our community but it proposes increased risk to those traveling on the interstate on where first responders can enter to assist motorists in need of emergency assistance. TXDOT needs to take responsibility of the cluster they created with the last expansion and take a step back to re-evaluate economic effects as well as commuter safety.

I say make express lanes going in both directions for traffic going straight thru. Do not restrict express lanes to trucks for most of the time trucks are going straight thru not stopping. Leave 2 or 3 local lanes each direction where traffic can enter and exit freeway.

This change will create a huge inconvenience for my husband and I. We drive to Salado every morning. Without the exit for 6th ave and on ramp near central, it will add atleast 5 minutes to our 15 commute.

I work in this area as well as live here, no way is this going to be beneficial to our town. I have watched business off loop 121 close just from the new direction of traffic flow. Now this would crush us

We need a fly over for through traffic that retains two exits for Belton before Hwy 14.

I'm the owner of The Greenbriar Salon & Spa and can say that i have put my life into my business. This would have a major impact on future business and accessibility.

Bypassing our Downtown businesses would ruin the atmosphere we have worked so hard to make come alive.

This would impact all small business in downtown Belton. After all the hard work and hours each small business owner has put into making downtown Belton more accessible and attract tourists!!
