Despite parental concern, two teachers from the Berkely Primary school are still going ahead with an 8 day trip to Kenya on Monday 13th October 2014.
Kenya is currently listed as Group 2 - High Transmission Risk of Ebola by the World Health Organisation.
It is also one of the biggest travel hubs in East Africa lending itself to many Africans travelling through Kenya to other African countries every day.
Parents believe that the two teachers concerned should be isolated from school for up to 21 days after their return to the UK when during that time Ebola symptoms may not be detectable.

Seriously just isolate them. Better safe than sorry when it comes to ebola. Why is this even a question???
Total madness. Keep the teachers away until we know they are safe. My kids are there every day and I dont want them exposed to anything.
Selfish. They can go on holiday another time. Not worth playing games with people's lives.
What are they thinking?? The risk is way too high. Protect the children first!
This is just common sense. Why would you risk bringing a deadly virus back to our school? Please just stay home for 3 weeks when you get back.

Ridiculous that this is even a debate. Quarantine is standard procedure for this stuff. Stop putting the school at risk.
