A big shame only just started going to air shows again recently and went to the 2013 and 14 shows which were superb. It would be a great disappointment to lose another wonderful venue.

We lost our local show RAF Finningley. now going to loose RAF Waddington and the vulcan, I love taking my family to the airshow and letting them learn not just about planes but also family history of what their grandparents and great grandparents did during their time in the RAF.

I have never been to an air display at RAF Waddington but after returning to my home town of Lincoln in January this year after 26 years away I was really looking forward to it. I am so disappointed and shocked. Of all the places to cease hosting air displays I never thought it would be Waddington.

waddington must continue for our children to see first hand the aircraft and the important role they play and have played in our country's armed forces

the airshow is an important part of life in Lincolnshire and its links and important standing with the RAF.
It is also a major attraction and enhances the local economy by attracting a wealth of visitors to the area.

What about Cranwell or Barkston Heath i was stationed at both bases
Scampton, the home of the Dambusters and the Red Arrows, on the A15 and with plenty of space around it - it's meant to be here.

Lincolnshire without an air show? Unthinkable. Everywhere you go in Lincolnshire there are ex- or active airfields which just goes to show how important Lincolnshire has been to the RAF, and the RAF to Lincolnshire. Move it to RAF Scampton!

It's bad enough loosing the Vulcan without loosing the air show too. Please have it at scampton

I love Waddington airshow but agree that it could be held at Scampton. Please save our airshow
