Waddington was in if the best air shows in the uk. We need to keep this show albeit at another airfield

The airshow needs to be kept at Waddington any where else would not be the airshow as we have known it for years.

Perhaps somebody should also be thinking of people in Norfolk & Suffolk!! Waddington was far enough & there is already a major airshow at Leeds.
I really can't see the security concerns for Waddington which do not exist at any other airfield - the issue with crowds is common anywhere & with the A15 right at the end of the runway & a cafe opposite there is far more opportunity for terrorism 365 days a year from outside.

The air show is a fantastic way to allow the people of Lincolnshire into the life of the RAF and the important role we have in protecting the people of Britain. It is also a great way for the servicemen and woman to understand that they have respect and support from the local community.

This year has been awful! No more Vulcan XH558 and no more Waddington Airshow! The amount of revenue that Lincoln businesses have lost must be huge.

Having grown up visiting the Finningley & Waddington airshows, this paved my future for a career in the armed forces.
Now a father, the highlight of my families year is to visit Waddington airshow. To see my children engrossed in the fantastic day out is thoroughly pleasing. There is talk of future careers in the armed forces and I am convinced the Waddington airshows have played their part in this. They are the next generation and we need to do everything possible to keep the youth of today interested in our armed forces.

I and my family have been regular visitors to waddington and have missed it greatly this year. As we live in Lincolnshire we feel it is important to show our aircraft and skills of RAF pilots who we all love and appreciate.

Attended the Waddington airshow since a young age. It was always the event in the year that I looked forward to. Lincolnshire MUST have a major international airshow.

What a wonderful display of talent nerve and total control by the pilots and a chance to see these wonderful aircraft that unless we came to this fabulous show we would never see.
well organised with an abundance of stall to look round a fabulous day out for all the family. Plus all the added business it brings to the local area, poease bring it back we missed you this year !!!

The RAF Waddington International Air Show has been a huge event in the county for so many years, and it has never failed to impress in all the years I have attended. I would ask the RAF to please explore the possibility of staging such an event at one of the county's other air bases. It would be a sad day the day that no air shows are held in this fantastic county. Thank you.
