I am a owner across the road at Urban Spin complex. This building is an eye sore and in total disrepair. It really brings down the appeal of the suburb.

Would be incredibly sad to demolish this piece of Cape Town's History, please restore it and take it back to its heyday

This building is an eyesore and is detrimental to the value of the surrounding properties. It is unacceptable that the owners are allowed to neglect this property to this extent.

Please demolish this eye sore.
The late Ronnie Quibell, I am sure would be "disgusted" at it's current state, especially with what "up market" developments are close by..
