Unfortunately I look onto the back of the site and more often than not the scrap heap of rubbish and rubble is the first thing I see in the morning. I would prefer to have a viable business / residential complex as a neighbour.

The site is in a great location, and with rejuvenation could become a great community, youth and arts centre or sports arena. Would be great to demolish too as long as a 10-storey doesn't replace it!

I have written a number of emails and sent photographs to the Problem Building department at the City of CT. The plot has been cleaned and cleared but the building itself (and the crashed car lot) are still a disgrace.

With so many huge international performers having taken the stage at the 3 Arts, one can only wonder what stories this building could tell if it had a mouth. Sadly, I feel that if it could talk, all it would ask of us is to not remember it the way it is in its current state. It really has been reduced to a eye-sore.
A radical improvement needs to be made, otherwise the building (and the outside scrap-heap) need to be removed as it is bringing down our area.

The 3 Arts Theatre is in such a bad state of repair. The owners should not be allowed to leave it like this.!!!
