Please scrap this eye sore. Why should we pay rates?

as a child i went to three arts and remember my parents attending live shows it would be a travesty to see this building demolished rather restore it to its former glory as i hold fond memorys of my family working for the Quibels and it is a hertage site for people that grew up in this area

I have a place t Rusoord and would like to walk to the Main Road but don't dare because of the vagrants that the place attracts.

We are Estate Agents in the area and own and manage many properties in surrounding complexes. This complex is indeed a terrible eyesore and devaluates the surrounding properties. It is a mystery that the owners cannot see that there is tremendous value in re-developing this property. In its current state they can't get much return for it!!
We have seen this building going from bad to terrible over the years. Unfortunately there is no historical or architectural value left in this property and the Council should step in and condemn it.
