This law is gives Texas' alcohol distributors monopoly control over wine sales. It is an example of cronyism between elected officials and corporate donors. It hurts the public, and should be ended.

I know many people that have wine shipped to Louisiana and drive it back to Texas. This will allow Texas to capture sales tax that is now not received.
