Please pass this bill. The current blocking of direct ship from out of state wineries and wine shops is an absurd rule that actively limits accessibility to a free market.

Thank you Rep Matt Rinaldi for introducing housebill 2291.
Now I ask our TX legislature to please bring this bill to a vote and pass it. It's such a pain ordering wines online and having them shipped to our son's address so he can ship it to us! It's simply ridiculous and inconvenient. Tx would benefit beautifully from the competition if you'll only do the right thing. Thanks for bringing this bill up for a vote soon.

Please bring to this a vote and pass it. This has greatly impacted what I can by online and I don't see why wine has been singled out. Allowing basically 2 large distributors in this state to dictate what I can buy is not a free market and is very close to a monopoly, which is illegal. Thank you for bringing this up!
