Turn the place into a "movie museum" for TCM. With a replica house on the exact place it originally was, and memorabilia from the movie as well. I would definitely visit and check it out!

I love the Texas Chainsaw franchise! I've visited the locations and even had my birthday at the Gas Station and Chainsaw house.
