Good kits but really not impress that a Hudl can't be fixed

Shocking behaviour by a major retailer, again flexing the length of their power against consumer rights.

My son accidentally dropped his Hudl and the screen is badly cracked. What really dissapoints is that Tesco in their infinite wisdom , will not allow these tablets to be repaired. What ! think we will just go out and buy another one. Er, no I don't think so. Get your act together Tesco

Bought 3 Hudl's for the kids at Christmas and one of the USB charging ports has broken. The port is a poor design, it is not to surprising it has broken. Tesco need to sort out some aftercare here.

Disgusting that a huge company can aim a product at children but not supply new screens , accidents happen and now left with a useless product

I asked Tesco about this problem as well , It's shocking how second rate Tesco has become. https://www.facebook.com/tesco/posts/648673411858460?comment_id=6418423&offset=0&total_comments=31&notif_t=feed_comment

7 yr old daughters Christmas Present broken after 2 months in accident. Tescos after care - what after care there is none. Profiteering organisation at its very worst.

A lack of support and parts spoils what is otherwise a good product. I'm replacing it with a Nexus 7.

Looking for a replacement screen. Shocked at the repair costs quoted, almost cheaper to buy a new one.
