Daughters Christmas present ruined !
Didn't realise when bought that no repair was available
Daughter cracked screen this morning - phoned Tesco Direct helpline to be told no repairs available, also that now her screen was cracked it is no longer under warranty !
Absolutely disgusted with Tesco
Also was told that had i took out the extended warranty it would have been replaced - i told them their extended warranty only covered items over £150 - they said if its their own items then they will offer the extended warranty as it is their own product !

come on tesco why make a product without proper repair service. people will buy elsewhere. get it sorted cracked screen the only problem cannot use it until fixed. very upset granddaughter.
