bought my daughter a hudl for christmas never had a lot of money being a single parent but saved up and bought her her very computer she was over the moon put it down for a minute to have something to eat and when she went back to it is was broken had to turn it of from the wall because it was so hot all i want is a replacement the screen had a crack in it and they said my little girl must have dropped it she.s 10 years old and never tells lies to me i thought it may have been caused because it got to hot something should be done

I bought my son one 2 weeks before Christmas. Within 2 weeks the screen had smashed, bearing in mind he had his first girl for over a year with no problems. I rang tescos to pay to have it repaired, they don't offer the service. I told them they should inform us of that when we buy it as it is targeted for kids. And I wouldn't have bought it. Less than interested was an understatement of their attitude. So I posted a comment on their website to warn other parents and tescos disallowed it!!!!!

I bought my son one 2 weeks before Christmas. Within 2 weeks the screen had smashed, bearing in mind he had his first girl for over a year with no problems. I rang tescos to pay to have it repaired, they don't offer the service. I told them they should inform us of that when we buy it as it is targeted for kids. And I wouldn't have bought it. Less than interested was an understatement of their attitude. So I posted a comment on their website to warn other parents and tescos disallowed it!!!!!

My 9 year old son got the Hudl 2 for Christmas and it is already broken. His brother dropped it a short distance into a carpeted floor when it was in an official protective case. The screen is now cracked and unresponsive. I would pay to have it repaired, but this seems to be impossible. My son is very disappointed.

dropped huddle from seat of a chair less than 18" from carpet screen smashed as rhis product is marketed to kids not fit for purpose tesco should be ashamed of themselves

i bought a hudl 2 for Christmas for my daughter as she was opening it on Christmas morning it fell on the floor and it smashed the screencan.t afford new one but can.t get a new screen anywere
