Well below Tesco's usually high standards. How on earth can Tesco sell a product, particularly it's own name product, without any support mechanism in place. Not good Tesco.

Well wrong, companys should not be allowed to trade or sell products without parts being avalible.

2 month old hudle and screen just cracked.Tesco cannot replace it,no spares available. Very poor customer service
