same as all the others..hudl fell 18 ins at most..inadequate back up ,from tescos...compare to apple phone which I have had 2 new screens for with no hassle and reasonable price!

My daughter dropped hers about 3 inches on to the carpet and the screen shattered. The response i got from Tesco was we can sell you a refurbished one for £99, what a disgrace from such a large company.

I think this is becoming a case of goods not fit for purpose. The creens appear to be cracking without cause.
