Have a hudl 1 and 2, 1 will not hold its charge so needs a new battery, the 2 has a charging issue, both easy fixes if I can get the parts!!

I've spoken to the very rude people at hudl2 support ,there answer is well things just break sir ,when I asked why the cover they sold with the item didn't protect it ,answer was well they just break ,once in while you can drop an item it will break nonsense I think Tesco now's they have a fiasco on there greedy hands ,and dare not admit the unit is not fit for purpose as it is aimed at the kids market ,keep writing to watchdog lets get the message out there
Manager of even refused to believe this is not a major problem

Come on Tesco. You owe it to your customers to provide a full spares service. The Hudl 2 is a well made device and fixing it is not hard for a competent person. At the moment a cracked screen turns the Hudl 2 into landfill! That is just irresponsible.

same as all the others..hudl fell 18 ins at most..inadequate back up ,from tescos...compare to apple phone which I have had 2 new screens for with no hassle and reasonable price!
