Tesco refused to post this review on its website "Returned my daughters Christmas Hudl 2 once already as it stopped charging, now screen has cracked with no obvious trauma as the cause. Went on -ine to research repair options and found this facebook thread - https://www.facebook.com/tesco/posts/648673411858460. I believe with so many incidences of experienced tech users feeling the screen breakage has occurred in unexpected circumstances this is likely to be a manufacturing or quality issue and worst of all Tesco is failing to respond to this issue appropriately e.g only just starting up a repair service and charging £95 for a replacement screen." Will try to reword to meet their website guideines

had hudle foe 2 months in case and fell from sette to carpet and screen cracked now useless tesco do not want t o know there is obviously a design fault and with all the complaints something needs to be done

Had the HUDL2 for 4 weeks before screen cracked. Ridiculous the repair costs as much as the device.
