Hard worker with too many years of service to be fired. Re-instate him or let him retire.

Terry Boyce was/is a fantastic mailman! He really cared about doing the best job for all of us on his route. We miss him and want him to be reinstated. Accidents happen, and so too should forgiveness. Please give Terry another chance!

Terry is the best mail carrier I've ever had. He is dedicated, takes cares of our mail and packages with utmost care, and is always friendly and smiling. He is a special person and has had a positive affect of many people. I am hoping that the accident (many of us have had our share!) can be dealt with and he can be reinstated and receive his benefits back. My kids were upset and miss Terry too!

Terry's performance as our mail carrier leaves no doubt that he is a loyal, dedicated USPS employee. He always takes the time to insure the mail is delivered to its intended recipient, to place smaller envelopes on top of the glossy junk mail, to place it in the front of the mailbox where I can easily reach it from my vehicle, and to hand carry large packages that do not fit into the mailbox to the front door. I can always tell when the mail has been delivered by an alternate carrier because the mail comes much later, I receive mail intended for someone else, the jumble of mail is carelessly shoved into the back of my mailbox where I can't reach it from my vehicle, and I find a Notice of Attempted Delivery slip in the mailbox (even when I'm home) rather than the package at the front door, causing a delay in delivery and/or an unnecessary trip all the way down to Eves Rd. I would much rather deal with Terry's friendly and professional attitude than the apathetic assembly line service I always receive from the actual post office. Terry is a wonderful representation of what USPS should be and used to be, but is no longer. His unfortunate accident was not intentional or planned, but rather the results of his desire to provide the old-fashion customer service we would all like to see return to the United States Post Office. Terry did not deserve to be treated the way he was treated because of an unfortunate accident that occurred during the holiday rush, and due to mechanical issues that he had no control over. Please put yourself in his shoes and treat him the way you would want to be treated. Do the right thing and reinstate him back to his/our route with full compensation of any back pay and benefits due to him. Thank you.

Please allow Terry to continue our mail service. He puts packages inside my garage and carefully collects my mail when I take trips. He is exceptional, and I have friends in other areas who certainly will never give these accolades to their carriers!

You can fix a truck, you can fix a garage.... What you can't do is train/instill the care, concern and utmost character into people, like Terry has for our community and his dedication to his job and the postal service. The postal service is notorious for NOT HAVING friendly, customer-service oriented employees...don't be careless and get rid of the ones you do have! I am a recipient of mail at Macy Drive.
