Honorable Judge Chapman, I sign this petition in support of the Terrestar common shareholders. Prior management sold the 1.6 GHz spectrum, licensed to Terrestar - to Skyterra - the predecessor corporation of Lightsquared – to create a competitor to Terrestar. The value placed on it in bankruptcy by far exceeds the $262.5 million or $5.00 per share paid to Terrestar, by the controlling shareholder of both companies, Harbinger and affiliates. This occurred with 2-years of the subsequent phased bankruptcy of Terrestar Networks, which owned licenses for the 2.0 GHz spectrum and its parent, Terrestar Corporation, which owned the 1.4 GHz licenses. The 2.0 GHz licenses were unvalued by the debtors in the TSN bankruptcy. Charles Ergen and Echostar subsequently bought the licenses and the Terrestar satellites in a court-sponsored auction held in the Debtors attorneys’ offices. The auction produced one bid. The 1.4 GHz licenses were valued at $177 million throughout the TSC bankruptcy by the TSC debtors. TSC attorney Sarah Shultz disparaged the spectrum’s characteristics, repeatedly during the proceedings. This included the Swarts and Perez hearings for motions to appoint an independent examiner to value both the 1.4 and 2.0 GHz spectrum assets. My valuations, based upon years of experience in the GSAT, Loral, ICO and Terrestar proceedings, were disparaged by Ms. Shultz and Akin Gump attorneys. and Steve Zellin of Blackstone, who testified as to their value at the Confirmation hearing. I examined him under oath during that hearing. His testimony about the technical merits of the spectrum relied upon the analysis of RKF Engineering – a longstanding vendor of Loral. His testimony violated the Daubert standard. Neither RKF nor Mr. Zellin had any stated experience valuing terrestrial spectrum. The court found a value of the 1.4 GHz spectrum from $0.06-$0.09/MHz-POP or $160-$235 million based on Mr. Zellin’s testimony. However, subsequently, John Dooley of Jarvinian, found valu

Honourable Judge Chapman please help us.We have been silenced by these big players and their tactics.Steve Zelin's testimony giving value to the spectrum's that Terrestar Corporation Ltd. once had stood up in court,with no credentials.He and the lawfirm Akin gump said there is not enough value to payout the commonshareholders and judge Lane excepted this and confirmed the 3rd ammended restructuring plan,wiping out our equity.The lawyers managed to seperate a majority owned subsidiary into its own bankruptcy,Terrestar Networks Inc. In order to seperate a key asset from the parent.These lawyers said under oath that terrestar Networks was indirectly owned by Terrestar Corporation.We have papers to prove otherwise.We have not been represented at all and it feels like we are being run over by these people.Terrestar Corporation Ltd. owned 58% of the 1.6 Ghz spectrum and management thought it would be a good idea to sell it for 10% of its value to start a competitor.We have been scammed out of our 2.0 ghz spectrum and 1.4 ghz spectrum too.Judge Lane wiped out our equity ownership all on lies.Please we have fought in everyway we can for these last long four years.Take care Judge Shelly Chapman.God Bless and Thank you.Sincerely Dan Pacaud.

This has been a long road and I'm hoping that the court system takes the appropriate action to correct the wrong that has been done to the minority shareholders.

I agree with the written petition presented here on December 4th 2014 by the minority common shareholders of TerreStar Corporation.

Please restore our faith in the US court system as we're believing it is a rigged game.

Please restore our hope that the courts are for truth & justice and not for whomever is rich enough and clever enough to obtain what they want. In short, PLEASE restore the integrity of the court system. Thank You
