Dear Judge Chapman, the one dot six GHz spectrum was never solely owned by falcone and his bags , the falcone company ( harbinger master fund ltd 2 #) is located in dublin ireland there is a ( LAW ) code that says a company can not owne more than 20% of a company if an over seas state or country look very closely and you will see a ponzi scheme here and what we are saying makes perfect scence the scheme goes a little like this : buy the spectrum dirt cheap $1 to $1 million ratio then sell spectrum for 5 billion dollars still purchased for the $1 dollar ratio.. and in the process pay the attourneys to create some not in good faith law or amendment, and remove everyone that under ceo ( WHAT ABOUT THE WORKERS DONT THE WORKERS GET PAID ALSO ) yes we should ..... justice please for all of us .. ..
