What they are trying to do is totally wrong. Glad someone is standing up to them.

The range in Thornhill is one of the best facilities in Northwest BC and we need to protect it for the junior shooters and archers in the future

Marlene Di Leta Prince Rupert, B.C. I am getting into shooting a compound bow and Terrace Rod and Gun Club is the closest place for me to go to because they have a proper range. We also have 10 junior kids that would love to shoot trap.

The club should have a function use lease, or a 99 yr lease on property?

The Rod and Gun Club and the Terrace Whiskey-Jack Archery Club are a very important recreational facilities in our community. These facilities provide us with access to sports that are directly linked to the northern way of life. It would be unthinkable to rezone this area.

The Terrace Council must post signs 30 days prior to a rezone. The citizens, and neighbors in this community should be allowed to voice their opinions before a group of people with ulterior motive and greased palms make back door deals. Jack

The Terrace Rod and Gun Club has been an important community club teaching responsibility and ethical gun handling to adults and their families.

As an active member of the Archery club and a family who enjoys the Rod and Gun club, losing these lands would be devastating to many community members who use them on a daily basis. It's part of our lifestyle that can't be replaced by a housing development. It would be a sad day indeed!

The Rod and Gun club is actually a heritage site. It was used for the soldiers during World War 11 to train. It has been there a long time and as other local heritage sites, it is very important it remains.

It would be a huge loss for the community and surrounding areas to loose this.
