Help save the Terrace Rod & Gun Club land from any future land use changes

I am just starting out with my new compound bow and love practicing the sport there at the range. Plus I have guns I like shooting as well and I need a safe place to do that as well.

Do not close the gun range and take away the memories of many many families that have gone there and continue to go there. It's a safe range and it is kept up by members who use it safely! Thank you.

Keep this range as its a vital part of the community and also supports the local economy.

This area is important to Terrace and Thornhill and surrounding communities not to mention the generations of people - families - that have used and supported it.

This range has been here for over 50 years and should be allowed to stay for another 50

Please leave this area and infrastructure alone. It's a great safe location.

As an avid hunter archer and rifle owner with my 4 children also beginning to hunt I want them to be able to use the range as we feel

The Terrace Rod and Gun Club property is an important community recreation asset. It needs to be maintained and enhanced for future generations.

Please DO NOT rezone this land for the sake of the children and families who are in involved in The Terrace Rod and Gun Club and the Archery Club. This would have devastating affects to our clubs.

I'm an avid sport shooter and hunter gun club and ranges are need to safely practice my sport and prepare for hunting and teaching young/old people to shoot safely and efficiently

The Terrace Rod & Gun club, is a definite winner, for the community. Do not rezone the property. Leave as community recreation.

In addition to Ed Morris's comment the Rod and Gun club has been available to Terrace Search and Rescue for inhouse training just as important to our community as all the long list of community groups using the facility. Please do not allow for rezoning. This club is important. If rezoning were to go ahead it would cause un-necessary expenses to have this club re-develope in an alternate location. As mentioned the Rod and Gun club is already established. If it is not broke do not try fixing it.

The rod and gun club has been here for generations of families. We to keep it here for generations of the future

As a resident of Thornhill I do not want to see the gun club impacted by any zonation changes.

The Terrace Rod and Gun Club is an important element of the community and should NOT be considered for re-zoning.

I strongly believe the Terrace Rod and Gun Club is an asset to the community, as it stands for, firearm safety training, new hunter safety training, Police training, Department of Federal Fisheries training, The Sheriff Department training, Armored Car Agent training, Border Agency training, Youth groups, Biathlon, Big brother/Sisters, Scouts Canada, Girl Guides, and School groups participate. We also have champion shooters training and competing, Up to 500 members, hunters and Target shooters,practicing to hunt in the area, all bringing substantial income to the community. We also provide an area of the property to facilitate the Whisky Jack Archers, with around 250 members, training members and youth the discipline of bow and arrow safety and shooting,

As an over seas visitor to the club, I thought it an excellent facility, well run and highly valued by those who use it. It's a great example of what community recreation should be. Long may it continue as such.

The club is a great asset to the whole community and should be left alone.

Protect this valuable recreation area that is used by so many residents of the Thornhill/Terrace area.
