Terra Cafe has long been a responsible business in the area and it will be welcome change to have a quality sit down restaurant that serves wine instead of the requisite package stores that are in the area.

I cant think of a person or an establishment in that area, that would handle serving alcohol to people in the community more responsibly, than Mr. Dickinson and Terra Cafe.

local resident at 2500 block N Howard and so happy to have this institution in my neighborhood. They deserve the opportunity to remain competitive in the restaurant business and a liquor license is often key to that.

The Terra Cafe is an incredible institution. It is a pillar of Baltimore city and this license will help boost their customer base and only add to how amazing they are!
