I love on the 2500 block of North Howard Street and I recognize the need for a liquor license, especially to remain competitive with all of the well-funded new development happening in the neighborhood. This business is very responsive to and involved with the community. Terra Cafe is a hidden Old Goucher treasure. This neighborhood institution deserves a fighting chance.
