Termination of contract with Pam Leonard in Harmony Emge School District 175 without severance package.
The purpose of this contract is to have the District 175 School Board (Harmony Emge) either ask for Dr. Pam Leonard to resign or have her resign the post on her own. We are hoping that she understands that the residents pay her salary and we are not getting our money's worth. Our district has fallen like a stone while she has been in power and she needs to leave. We will accept nothing more than either her termination or resignation WITHOUT severance pay.

A thousand people have actually signed this thing and honestly I am just sitting here staring at the screen because I really did not think this would gain so much steam so fast. It is wild to see how many of us are clearly on the same page about the district and where we are heading now that this number is officially on the board.

The momentum is building up so fast right now and I honestly cannot believe how many people are finally looking at what is happening to our district. If we can just get this push to hit that one thousand mark before the board meets it will be impossible for them to ignore the reality of how we feel about this severance pay nonsense.

A hundred people have signed this now which is honestly more than I thought would happen when I was typing this up in a total rage late at night. I keep checking the screen and honestly it just feels like the district office has to start paying attention to us eventually because we are clearly not going away.

Lived in District 175 for 38 yrs. Two children who benefited greatly from the district, but would not today! Sad of the corruption that is ruining the once great Distinct 175. We moved here because of the school system. I would not recommend it now, unless changes are made.
Transportation costs have gone up, buses may visit a house 3 times for student pick up (Ellis, Harmony, Emge), grades have been dropping, good teachers have been moved around until they quit....and soon we will be allowing a private company to come in and take away our public classrooms (Sequel).....all under Pam Leonard.
It's time to throw all of them out and start fresh! The district would save whole lot more on Pam's salary than on Watkins and I don't think nearly as many people would notice her absence or care.
Clearly a person in a position with a personal agenda. Ms. Leonard does not seem to have the families and children of District 175 as a top priority. The kids deserve better leadship
I do not have children in the school but . I am a tax payer . I live across the street and 6 of my niece's and nephews go/went to Ellis and emge. .. its so sad how much pam lenoard has lowered the quality of education in that school in the few years she took over!!
I once was a student at Emge. I love Mr. Watkins
What will it take to keep our kids safe. I have yet to see a campaign towards Anti-Bullying.

Notwithstanding any inculpatory or exculpatory evidence related to any allegations in this matter, when a superintendent displays a conscious disregard for due process and refuses to offer any transparency when faced with substantial public outcry, that person should no longer be a superintendent.
