This is not about ruining a company. It's about accountability for one's own actions. Matt Ortt brought this on himself when he felt the need to advocate for the person's of interest/criminally responsible publicly on his company's Facebook page. The Ocean Pines Association should own the majority of the Ocean Pines Yacht Club, as everyone believed they did anyway.
