I think the behavior of this store manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. This lady has been given a position she is not ready for. One of the young ladies that were asked to leave the store, I know personally and she is a hard working young lady. I myself have spent plenty of money in your stores but will be cutting get up my cards. My daughter loves your Pink store and I loved your fragrances but if this is how your company operates, there is money and business that will lost. This was so heart breaking and unnecessary. The person doing the wrong should have been punished not a store full of hard working INDIVIDUALS that happen to have the same skin color. That is ridiculously ignorant. I hope you all do better.

As a Black woman, born, raised and living in Alabama who is also a frequent customer of VS I am absolutely digusted and would love nothing more than to never spend another hard earned penny in ANY Victoria's Secret ANYWHERE!

this is horrible i feel so sorry for the woman that had to go through this. the manager had no right to subject to such cruelty and racial status all bc of another incompetent womans actions. this manager deserves to be let go because this will only happen again. and as of right now i am pretty sure no one will be shopping in victoria secret

What happened to this lady is extremely horrible, discriminatory and down right WRONG!! Racial profiling is illegal and should be frowned upon from every human being! I hope the manager is relieved of her position and also apologizes to these wonderful women for her wrong doing and for her hatred praying for the ladies discriminated against and I hope they know that not all people are like this cruel woman who did this to them today and us all as a nation will stand up against wrong doing by anyone.

This is 2016, there is nothing..not one thing makes this incident acceptable. Please terminate your store manager Faith Bachelor immediately! I did not think your company would support this type of behavior from ANY employee, especially a manager.
