Unacceptable customer experience. As a consumer I want to shop with a company that values me as a person and those principles should be exhibited throughout the company... even at the associate level!

Faith also told me to not come back in her store because I sell Victoria's Secret item on my website. These items weren't purchased in her store and not available in our area so I couldn't understand the problem

The actions of the store manager Faith Bachelor were completely inexcusable, inappropriate, and were racially guided. Therefore, she needs to be held accountable for her actions and the embarrassment she placed upon the other young ladies that she wrongfully kicked out of the store.

Coming from a great hometown, this is horrible and embarrassing (on a national level) to not only these two young ladies, but the entire community. Please do not let this be an example people notice when they think of Oxford, Alabama.
