I am appalled at the recent event that took place in the Victoria's Secret store in a mall in Oxford, AL. I feel that Ms. Houzah and the other lady should receive an in depth apology along with compensation for the racial profiling that was made against them. I also feel that immediate actions to fire the store manager should take place.

This is absolutely humiliating & disgusting. Shame on you Victoria's Secret for allowing this woman to keep her job. I'm cutting up my card TODAY. I can't use a card in a store where we are profiled and humiliated. Absolutely not.

This manager's actions are unacceptable and inexcusable. She needs to be removed from her position because it is clear that she doesn't treat all customers with respect and basic human decency. Furthermore, your company needs to issue a statement of apology and explain how you intend to make this right. If you remain silent on this matter, the public will know that this company supports racism and racial profiling.
