I think this was very wrong and the manager was being very racist.. Ms Houzah stated that she spends ton of money in this store for her or anyone to be treated so wrong, I hope something is being done

I shop VS all of the time. Just spent $1,500 on gifts for self and others for Christmas. Still have receipts and tags on all but 3 items. I hope this is resolved soon, to the satisfaction of the petitioner, because I can do a mass return.

My daughters and I will never shop here again until Victoria's Secret proves they respect their Black customers by firing the manager (Faith) and issuing a strong statement against racial discrimination in their stores!

I am a former employee at Bath and Body Works in Philadelphia which is a part of Limited Brands as is Victoria's Secret. I am appalled at the treatment the two women received. Limited Brands needs to issue an apology and remove Ms. Batchelor from her post. This is not what Limited Brands stands for!

This woman was kicked out for the color of her skin and that is unacceptable. Faith, I HOPE you learn your lesson, you never judge a book by its cover. You just so happen to do that, so I hope you're fired for being racist, you tried to make her guilty of association, just because she's black. You were wrong.

I truly believe this young female is in the wrong. Not only did she use her power to embarrass someone publicly but she also showed her true colors. We don't need this kind of descrimination in a workplace or anywhere for that matter.! She is a disgrace! She needs to be fired!

The behavior of this manager should be unacceptable to VS - to keep her employed there would be condoning the behavior and thereby sending the clear message that black women are not welcomed in their stores. Her response was prejudiced at best and completely unwarranted. (To say that it was is racist at best.)

I will not support your company until you do something to show you are not in agreement with this racially motivated action

Corrective action should be taken to ensure no one else is subjected to this indignity by your company... Otherwise I fully support a corrective action against your corporation..

The whole situation is just sad and another example of what "we" deal with.
