There was NO REASON that those other ladies should have put out...she should have handled the one that was shoplifting and left those ladies to their shopping. I'm pretty sure that Faith would have felt the same way if it was her.

I think the mall security that was there should be let go as well. If he or she can not follow laws why be a guard.

This saddens me that as a manager she did this she needs to be terminated and there should be a diversity training course for all managers to learn how to deal with consumers and not out of fear or racist thought process

I am appalled by this situation. I do not see how Victoria Secrets can allow this racist woman to be their store manager. My friend should not have had to go through this. It is a shame!!!!

I'm sorry, is this 2016 or 1916? Who are these people who feel so entitled as to kick innocent people out of a store because of their skin color? Correct me if I'm wrong, but you as a store associate are not supposed to directly confront anyone who you think may be stealing, in regards to the woman who was actually in the wrong. This store and its associates got this whole situation wrong on so many levels. Take her to court!!!
