If the alleged shop lifter was White, Hispanic or Asian would she have asked the other shoppers in there race to leave the store. I will not shop with you weather you terminate her or not.

I doubt that if a white woman had been caught stealing, the manager would have asked ALL white women to leave the store. Let's be honest. This is terrible and I hope they have a huge lawsuit coming their way if they don't let go of this store manager who clearly should not work in a customer service field.
