Its shameful that people think this way but even more so that they feel okay to come to work and express their opinions of an entire race in such a negative fashion. The employees are there to sale lingerie not to assume that because one person was caught stealing that everyone else of that particular shade, race, gender, ethnicity, etc were there to do the same. I shop here for everything and this disheartens me to the point of not being able to spend my money here any longer and I'll be sure to let everyone I know to boycott this brand as long as employees are allowed to bring their own personal beliefs into work and use them to make ignorant decisions that hurt others.

What happened to that woman is unacceptable. It's NOT okay to kick someone out of the store based on an assumption. Just like VS upper management is saying they have to conduct an investigation to see what happened, the store manager should have done the same. Instead, she's teaching those who work for her that it is okay to be rude and that racial profiling is acceptable behavior in that store. Do you not train your managers properly?
