How ignorant and unprofessional of the store manager to assume that all black women are friends. While this incident happened in the hella racist South, Victoria Secret should not endorse regional wide racism being shown by its management to customers. Absolute disgusting. Manager and other like minded staff need to be fired.

I will not tolerate this. My family spends way too much money in VS and PINK. It did not happen to me but I have empathy for this young lady as well as the other one that was thrown out for being associated with a known thief. Fire Faith ASAP!!

This is a disgrace and unacceptable. The Victoria secret corporation should fire this employee for outright racism. There is no need for racist people to have jobs or be involved in society like that, especially retail where you are dealing with a diverse group of people. What would this say to our children and society not reprimanding this woman? Our country has come a long way since the time of slavery and there are marginalized groups still fighting for their rights. This is 2016. There is no need for racism or discrimination of any kind and not necessary to employee white supremacists. How unprofessional this manager behaved. I worked retail. And i know this is entirely unacceptable and breaks laws. Fire her!

I live in Ohio and I am beyond furious at how this woman, Kimberly Houzah was treated. My family spends waayy to much money at Victoria Secret for them to allow racist people like Faith Bachelor to work for them.. We will not be stepping foot back in VS until this issue is resolved and Faith is Fired!!!

If this manager is not fired, Victoria's Secret will lose a loyal, long-time customer. I will not hesitate to terminate my VS credit card and unsubscribe from emails and freebies. UNACCETABLE!
