This could not have been the first time someone was caught shoplifting in that store so I'm sure there are appropriate measures in place to handle the situation and the manager is trained on it. That being said, kicking all individuals out of the store of the same ethnicity as the shoplifter should not be one of them. Shame on Victoria's Secret for not acting more swiftly with this situation and terminating that employee. Shame on that employee for using her power to devalue and discriminate against the very customers that contribute to her paycheck. Victoria's Secret has already decided which side they're on by not terminating that employee. This place is trash now.

Has a multiracial female, I can tell you that I have spent thousands of dollars at Victoria's Secret. I can tell you right now, but I will NOT spend another dime there. I will also be telling my friends not to shop there anymore. Victoria's Secret is not the only game in town.

I spend a lot of money especially at holidays but I won't spend a dime at that store or that mall until this situation is righted and the mall announces publicly that this woman is innocent and was discriminated against in the most disgusting and public way.
