I'm not a U. S. Resident, and while I may not have experience this degree of racism, this felt wrong, on an elemental level. It's bad enough that the white U.S. was built on the backs of blacks, and now they have the nerve to shut out the race the U.S. owes their current state to. Really sad

It is a shame that we are still living in the shadows of racism even as we spend our dollars in an establishment that employs a person that would humiliate a black customer by racial profiling her. Faith needs to go!

Equal treatment under the law. If a white person shop lifted would all white people be asked to leave the store? If not then this young lady's civil rights were violated. This "manager" did not manage this situation well and showed her racist heart. She needs to be terminated immediately. I can only imagine the pain this young lady felt as she was being asked to leave the store... just horrendous. I'm so sorry honey. You shall be victorious, stay the course and hold VS accountable.

As a regular contributor to the growth and success of Victoria Secret, I find the actions of Faith to be beyond offensive. I vow to withhold further purchases of Victoria Secret's products, until Faith has been terminated.
