Slippery slope if this is allowed. Title insurance premiums will increase and the consumer will end up paying lawyers to remedy issues at a premium.

I agree with this petition. Allowing non-insured, non-LSO registrants to access the Teraview system carries risk of fraud that would not be allowed anywhere else, so why is it tolerated here?
