Texas GOP chairman, Allen West recently stated “The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressmen, have decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law. Resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic. Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.”
This petition seeks to bring awareness to the fact that we, the people of the great state of Tennessee, will not tolerate the infringement of our civil liberties that the ignorance and failure to acknowledge the Constitutional inconsistencies that plagued the 2020 Election carries with it. We, the people of Tennessee, wish to stand with the great state of Texas in forming a union in which the Constitution of the United States of America is upheld.

Crony-capitalism in Washington is beyond fixable -- the only solution is to start over. Secession is not only an excellent solution, it's the only solution.
We can not accept a government that allows voting fraud and unconstitutional manipulation of voter laws. The US Goverment is not for the people any more. they have self serving agendas and encourage silencing of those that do not go along with the leftest narrative. Maybe we can repair the damage to our culture if we leave the union now.
Because our representatives were cowed to not represent us and allowed an authoritarian dictatorship to take over. Fraud cases were never heard.
Our Givernment is no longer for the people by the people but has become a rogue government that no longer serves the interest of the people. The people no longer desire to be a part of this unlawful control.
The system hasn't failed yet. There are more cases that can make it to the SC. State legislatures could still do the right thing. If none of that happens, Congress can contest the electoral vote. The system can still work. If it doesn't, then I'm all in.

If states and our federal constitution is broken in a election for the highest office the President of the United States of America . Leaving law biding Patriots stripped of there voice then we need to band with states that believe in our constitution and reform our nation .
