I agree with the petition to oppose a separate TG MDP, since impact has not been assessed based on the information provided.

I am signing this petition because I am worried about the cost implications this new construction will bring on existing homeowners in Foxland and Fairvue Plantation. Our club dues and HOA fees have gone up the past 3 years!!! I do NOT think we as homeowners and HOA members should have to deal with weekend parties, additional traffic, parking issues, rental guests, etc in a PRIVATE neighborhood!!!!! I think much more information is needed as to how all of these "improvements" will affect those of us living in these communities. What amenities will these "guests" be able to us while renting a cottage. There must me some guidelines we can view before things are finalized. I would love extra amenities for residents but I am not sold on turning Fairvue or Foxland into rental properties and banquet facilities. Security issues are a big part of my concern. We really need to be aware of both the positive and negatives impacts this will have on our communities.

As a resort "visiting golfers would get priority tee times" This is not good for current golfers, HOA and all current and future residents. Golf dues and/or assessments would increase dramatically.

"The Foxland Harbor and Fairvue Plantation Planned Unit Developments (PUD’s) have incorporated the residential sites, common areas and the golf courses, since the beginning. Regardless of ownership, the Master Development Plans are meant to ensure that the character of the community is maintained, and that all property owners have the opportunity for input, when changes are proposed. The removal of the clubs from the PUD’s will allow the creation of a new and distinct development plan for country club property. We oppose the separation of the Master Plans, and respectfully ask that the request to separate be either withdrawn by the applicant, or declined by the Commission."
