I believe we should explore ideas that potentially enhance the beach park. The current proposal is a good place to start, given its temporary and seasonal nature.
The Aransas County Navigation District should negotiate a reasonable lease with the option to cancel future seasons after reviewing performance and integration with existing facilities.

Seeing this level of support confirms that many of you want more for our beach park. The road ahead remains difficult but having this momentum behind the proposal keeps me going.

Its temporary anyway so why not try it? If it causes issues just dont bring it back next year. Keep it simple.
seems like a good idea. keep it seasonal and see how it goes. less talk more action.
This would be so fun for the kids during summer break! Rockport needs more activities for families.
Finally something to do out there. Hope they go through with it.
