No exclusions !! The right thing needs to be done for the RCMP to be able to negotiate like any other unionized force. Its clear when you look how they are continuing to fall substantially behind other Police forces in wages and loosing benefits with no fair representation or voice.

Please do the right thing for all Members of the RCMP, we have fallen so far behind.
I had joined this organization for what it stood for, I would hate to retire from the laughing stock of all police force. Bring back the RESPECT this organization deserves.

In the past decade we have have had our raises clawed back, the law rewritten regarding our pension, our Staff Relations reps ripped out from under us and people wonder why we have morale issues?? Please, please, please do something positive for a change. We NEED this.

This is Canada's National Police Force! Show them the respect they deserve. They should have the best benefits and pay compared to all other police services in order. This would also help in recruiting the best applicants possible.

The current state of compensation for the RCMP is unacceptable. Please take into account the facts that our spouses must put their careers on hold, we often move and lose money on homes, our children often change schools through out their lives, and yet we continue to fall further and further behind on total compensation. Our medical benefits are being eroded, we are having tremendous difficulty recruiting members for the above reasons, and we are chronically understaffed. The current situation is unacceptable. There must be no exclusions to bargaining. The voices of the frontline members must be heard and included in matters going forward.

The men and women of the RCMP deserve the same rights as every other Canadian when it comes to collective bargening.
Anything less than the removal of all the exemptions is a clear violation of the spirit of the Supreme Court of Canada decision, the charter of rights and the intelligent and just deciding if the senate to send the bill back to parliament.
It is about time that the men and women of the RCMP are allowed to collectively bargain on all issues , hold the forever accountable and begin to fix and rebuild this iconic institution and restore it to the honourable status it once enjoyed

The proposed legislation, as returned by the Senate, has the power to effect real and positive change in our of our Nation's most storied institutions.
The membership of the RCMP needs a strong collective voice to represent our interests and to ensure we have the proper resources to keep Canadians safe. It is 2016 after all...
