We need Bill C-7 but please approve it with no exclusions, except of course strike. We are Canada's police force for Canada's people! We need this for us and our families.

This is the most important issue facing the rcmp in recent memory. It needs to be taken seriously.

Removing all exclusions are the only way Members of the Rcmp will be treated fairly when a union represents us. Please fight for the future of Canada's national police force by ensuring the Rcmp remains competitive with other police forces

If members of the RCMP have to leave the organization due to burn out; if we don't have enough medical to cover what ails us; if we get stretched any further, then at best you'll get very unhealthy, unhappy people enforcing laws. How is this working for us so far?

Working conditions for front line members are deplorable and things have to change if the organization is to survive. I very nearly perished back in February when I was in a 5 minute fight for my life in the detachment cell block. I was the detachment commander scheduled to work alone for a 48 hour period. I now have ptsd and am leaving the organization as a result. Sgt GM Jenkins.

The exclusions need to be removed so that the RCMP members can have a fair, unbiased bargaining option. This is necessary to protect the employees, motivate new recruits, and insure officers are properly equipped and protected to insure public safety, safely.

The RCMP is known world wise. If their salaries keep being eroded, no young men will want to join. Please remove all exclusions from Bill C-7 except striking.

I support the RCMP members who desperately need comparable pay and compensation and adequate equipment and back up to protect the citizens of Canada.

I have over 16 years of service. I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I'm afraid I'm going to see even uglier if the exclusions remain. Good luck to the RCMP with recruiting and retention if things don't change for the better. You know what is right. Now it is time to do it.
