It defeats the purpose of allowing fair collective bargaining regarding employment issues if legislation restricts what employment issues can be discussed. The only way to continue improving Canada's National Police Service is to allow for all issues to be fairly and openly discussed and collectively agreed upon. Limiting what can be spoken to only limits growth and limits rectifying issues that need to be resolved.

A future with exclusions is not the spirit of what the supreme Court decision had in mind. Allow RCMP to be equal with all the other police forces and allow have no exclusions. The culture is slowly rotting from within and "new hires" share transferring out/ quitting after a short period and signing with a different police force with better pay and better benefits because there union/association protects their interests.

The members need more than never to be treated with respect with balanced powers. Enough is enough it's now time for dedicated RCMP members to get the same rights as other police forces. It's time to fix It!

RCMP members should be able to bargain for more than their hourly wage. Labour relations fairness encompasses more than just money.

Dear Prime Minister, In my years in the RCMP I have seen wages clawed back. Benefits clawed back. Severance pay abolished. I saw 3 friends get killed.... not because they made a mistake. They were heroes yo their last breath and did what they could with what they had. They died because they were underequipped and undertrained. And then the GOC and the Commssionner trying to pass a sneaky bill to undermine a supreme court ruling. Were we ever consulted? Were we represented? We feel taxed. An old adage comes to mind.... "no taxation without representation". No exclusions on bill c-7 please. Don't let us be thrown under the bus (again). Thank you
