Remove all the exclusions except the right/ ability to strike.
Having binding independent arbitration will keep the process fair and even it will take away frivolous demands by either party( association or management)
Collective bargaining is just that. Both sides will put items on the table and then remov items to come to a positive agreement. This is how the system works and had worked well for decades
Bringing and empowering employees to work with management is what non exclusive vagabing brings. It removed the us vrs them attitudes.
The present system does not work and fosters favouritism, nepotism , harassment and billing by those in power positions

It's about fairness and Canadian values. NO exclusions. Please let us negotiate, it's about time, the way the current system is the senior management is not held accountable and nor do they generally care beyond the minimum for the members under them.

Give the Rcmp proper powers to negotiate what they actually need. Equipment more two man cars and pay
