Tell the Frederick County Council to vote against Scientology and their special exception request.

I am certain it is tempting to succumb to the lure of money and ongoing revenues that they have touted that will occur. They won't come as it is a closed society, Frederick county residents will not benefit and it will simply develop more of a drug supply route to the northern portion of the county.

These people for Narcanon, are NOT running drug rehabilitation programs- but using this as a guise and ploy to take advantage of concerned families that are in distress, and then to manipulate and brainwash young people during their most vulnerable moments! Narcanon is run by Scientology cult members; do not consider business with them- as their business practices are even more detestable and shady than the false pretenses they operate beneath.

This sort of facility is not approprate for the zoning or the rural area of Frederick County. No to Narcanon facilities here.

This location has no viable cause for historic designation. Scientology’s Social Betterment Properties International is only using this angle to be able to open their Narconon con shop..
